I am the head of Chainguard Labs at Chainguard, a software supply chain security startup. My recent research has focused on software supply chain security, open source software security, and the world's response to growing Chinese military power.
I have previously worked at In-Q-Tel, the RAND Corporation, and the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments. I have a PhD in policy analysis from the Pardee RAND Graduate School, a masters in public affairs (MPA) from Princeton's School of Public and International Affairs, and a BA in international relations from Tufts University.
